Account & Registration

Click the Register button from any page on mustplay.vu. You will need to enter your Pakistani mobile number, choose a username and set a secure password. Follow the on-screen steps — an OTP will be sent to your mobile to verify your number. The whole process takes under two minutes on a standard internet connection.

Yes. MustPlay is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. We take responsible gaming seriously and encourage all players to manage their gaming activity responsibly. If you are under 18, please do not attempt to register or play.

No. Each player is allowed only one registered account on MustPlay. Creating duplicate accounts violates the Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being suspended, including any PKR balance held within them. If you have lost access to your original account, use the password reset feature or contact support rather than opening a new one.

On the Login page, tap the "Forgot Password" link. Enter the mobile number you registered with and an OTP will be sent to your phone. Enter the OTP, then choose a new password. The process is complete in under three minutes. Make sure the mobile number you enter is exactly the one used during registration — including the correct format with or without country code.

Log in to your account and go to the Profile or Settings section of the dashboard. From there you can update your registered contact details. In some cases, changing a mobile number requires verification via OTP on both the old and new number. Keeping your contact details current is important — it is used for password recovery and withdrawal verification.
Deposits & Payments

MustPlay supports a range of payment methods popular with Pakistan players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets. All deposits and balances are handled in PKR, so there is no currency conversion involved. The available options may vary slightly depending on your account type.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically start from a low PKR threshold that makes it accessible for most players. Bank Transfers may have a slightly higher minimum. The exact minimums are shown on the deposit screen inside your account when you select your preferred method.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are usually credited within a few minutes. Raast transfers are also fast, typically under 10 minutes. Bank Transfers can take longer — usually between one to three business hours during working days. If your deposit has not appeared after the expected time, check your transaction history on the payment app side and contact MustPlay support with the transaction reference number.

MustPlay does not charge its own fee on deposits. However, your payment provider — JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank — may apply their standard transaction charges. Always check within your payment app before confirming a transfer to know whether any service fee applies on their end.

First, wait 15 to 20 minutes — occasional processing delays happen, especially during peak hours. If the PKR amount still has not appeared, take a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa transaction confirmation showing the reference number, amount, date and time. Contact MustPlay support and share this information. The support team can investigate and manually credit your account once the transaction is confirmed.
Withdrawals

Log in to your account and go to the Withdrawal section. Select your preferred payment method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Bank Transfer or another supported option — enter the PKR amount you want to withdraw and confirm the request. Withdrawals are processed to the same method you used to deposit in most cases. Full details are on the Withdrawal page.

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours once approved. Bank Transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days depending on your bank's processing times. Withdrawals requested outside of standard business hours or on public holidays may be processed on the next working day. You can track the status of your withdrawal in the account transaction history.

Yes, both minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and they vary by payment method. The specific limits for your account and chosen method are shown on the Withdrawal page when you initiate a request. If you need to withdraw an amount above your current limit, contact support to discuss account-level options available for your VIP tier.

Common reasons for a withdrawal being held include: incomplete account verification, an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements, a mismatch between the withdrawal method and deposit method, or a routine security review on larger amounts. Check your account notifications for any pending action items. If none of these apply and your withdrawal has been pending longer than expected, contact support with your transaction ID.
Betting & Cricket

MustPlay covers a wide range of sports with a strong focus on what Pakistan players follow most. Cricket is the primary sport — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC tournaments. Football and Esports markets are also available. MustPlay displays odds in decimal format by default. The odds shown represent the total return per 1 PKR staked — so odds of 2.50 on a 100 PKR bet would return 250 PKR if successful, including your original stake. Higher odds indicate a less likely outcome with a larger potential payout. Odds change in real time based on match conditions and market movement.

Yes. MustPlay offers live in-play betting on Cricket matches including PSL games, T20 internationals and major bilateral series. Odds update in real time as the match progresses — you can bet on outcomes like next wicket, over runs, match winner and more while the game is live. A stable internet connection is recommended for live betting to avoid placing a bet at outdated odds.

Bets are settled once the relevant event or market has officially concluded. For Cricket, this is typically within a few minutes to an hour after the match result is confirmed by the relevant governing body. Winnings are credited directly to your MustPlay PKR balance and are immediately available for withdrawal or further play. You can review settled bets in your account bet history.
Slots, Bingo & Fish Games

Slot Games on MustPlay operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures that each spin outcome is completely independent and random. You select your bet amount in PKR, choose your paylines where applicable, and spin. Matching symbol combinations on active paylines result in a payout according to the game's paytable. Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) percentage — this is shown in the game information panel.

Fish Games are shooting-style arcade games where you aim and fire at fish on screen. Each fish has a point or PKR value. You spend ammunition — which costs PKR per shot — to catch fish. Larger and rarer fish are worth more but take more shots to catch. The key is managing your ammo spend relative to the value of the fish you are targeting. MustPlay Bingo follows the classic format where numbers are drawn randomly and players mark them off on their cards. Complete a line, two lines or a full house to win the corresponding prize in PKR. To join a room, go to the Bingo page, choose a room that suits your buy-in level, purchase your cards and wait for the next game to start. Rooms run continuously throughout the day.

Wagering requirements mean you need to bet a certain multiple of the bonus amount before you can withdraw the bonus as cash. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a 500 PKR bonus means you need to place 10,000 PKR worth of bets before that bonus converts to withdrawable PKR. Always read the specific terms attached to any bonus before accepting it so you understand the exact conditions.
